The Words of Jesus of Nazareth

This Generation

Come unto me all who are tired, oppressed, and sick of life, and I will give you wonderful rest! Receive my words and let me teach you, for I am gentle and kind. You will find rest for your souls. That which I ask of you is for your benefit, and that which I demand of you is light.

Abba, Father, Lord God, humbled by reality of myself, thankful for the grace and mercy by which I walk; I know how grateful I am and should be even in the shadows of my walk. For around the corner I know not what awaits, but I know I am not alone and I am. I am in Jesus, seeking the right spirit of forgiveness, understanding with love, in faith, by hope with love. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.
