My Daily Prayers and Readings for 10/02/2013

< >< My Prayer >< >

Lord God, my source of source. There are days like today when all I want to do is to stay home and be alone in Your mountain-top-higher-selfconscious presence and rest. Here with You, I feel on top of the world, but I cannot, I must use this time with You to learn and get ready to do Your will. Stepping down into the world under the sun with Your Son.1 With a pure heart, and a steadfast spirit. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Staying strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l)  One walk in and with You, as a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. And an example of Your presence within me. Remembering that the best way to do this is by loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying without ceasing through the Spirit for me and mine to fulfill Your will. And for those You place in my path. Asking that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel – one walk. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.
