After Jesus had revealed himself to his disciples and eaten breakfast with them,

Jesus said to him, “Feed my lambs.”
He then said to Simon Peter a second time,
“Simon, son of John, do you love me?”
Simon Peter answered him, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.”
He said to him, “Tend my sheep.”
He said to him the third time,
“Simon, son of John, do you love me?”
Peter was distressed that he had said to him a third time,
“Do you love me?” and he said to him,
“Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.”
Jesus said to him, “Feed my sheep.

you used to dress yourself and go where you wanted;
but when you grow old, you will stretch out your hands,

Christ Enthroned
Ascended into Heaven, Christ is enthroned in glory. Victorious over sin, Christ is seated at the right hand of the Father and acts as our intercessor so that we can receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Pray today in preparation to receive the Holy Spirit in a new way this Pentecost.

My prayer…
Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, Holy Spirit within me. Thank You for loving us enough. For never giving up on us. For Your plan, for Jesus’s Passion, and for the gift of the Holy Spirit. Come Holy Spirit, come.
This is my prayer today, for me and mine, and theirs, for believers everywhere. That we each be filled with the Holy Spirit, and find and know the joy of following Jesus.
Not our will, but Yours Lord God.
Jesus, Mary, I love You, save souls.
In Jesus name I pray.
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost; as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Apostles (Nicene) Creed
I believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible.
