For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it. What profit is there for one to gain the whole world yet lose or forfeit himself?”

Psalm 1 present us with two paths: the path of the blessed and the path of the wicked. The blessed are those who are obedient to God, especially through prayer. They take up their crosses daily and follow after Christ. This Lent, let us follow this path with zeal and ardor!

Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, Holy Spirit within me.
Lord today’s Formed action item is about One Walk with Jesus. Resolving to learn how to deny oneself, take up the Cross daily, and follow Jesus. You don’t tell us it is easy, but You do promise to walk with us.
Thank You for walking with us. For blessing and protecting us. Showing and teaching us. Guiding us in Your ways. Helping us through each day.
Not my will, but Yours Lord God.
Jesus, Mary, I love You, save souls.
In Jesus name I pray.
