My prayer…

Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, thank You for each and every blessing. For each of mine. For the good days and the bad. For it is through prayer and meditation on both that I grow closer to You.
It seems like so much is coming at us, with so much chaos surrounding us. It is in the bad, busiest and chaotic of days we need to closest to You. Loving with Your heart. Seeing and hearing with eyes and ears fixed on You. And a heart likened to Yours discerning Your truth.
So hear my prayers for me and mines, and all those seeking You, Your truths. And especially those lost in the busyness and chaos following the hypocrites.
Jesus, Mary, I love You, save souls.
In Jesus name I pray. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost; as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Paul, an Apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God,
to the holy ones who are in Ephesus
and faithful in Christ Jesus:

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
who has blessed us in Christ
with every spiritual blessing in the heavens,

My prayer…

Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, thank You for teaching me to love. To be willing to die to myself in the moment for others. It’s not always easy for You made us each so different. Each independent and free to think for ourselves, based on our experiences and how we interpret Your truths as You reveal them to each of us separately.
So I pray without ceasing, that You never stop teaching me and mine. Showing us Your truths. Convicting us when we’re wrong, and humbling us if we get to prideful or defensive.
Help us let them see Your presence within us. Give us a heart inflamed with Your love, and for Your truths.
Jesus, Mary, I love You, save souls.

Reading 1 Galatians 5:18-25

Brothers and sisters:
If you are guided by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
Now the works of the flesh are obvious:
immorality, impurity, licentiousness, idolatry,
sorcery, hatreds, rivalry, jealousy,
outbursts of fury, acts of selfishness,
dissensions, factions, occasions of envy,
drinking bouts, orgies, and the like.
I warn you, as I warned you before,
that those who do such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
In contrast, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,
patience, kindness, generosity,
faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.
Against such there is no law.
Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified their flesh
with its passions and desires.
If we live in the Spirit, let us also follow the Spirit.

After Jesus had spoken,
a Pharisee invited him to dine at his home.
He entered and reclined at table to eat.
The Pharisee was amazed to see
that he did not observe the prescribed washing before the meal.
The Lord said to him, “Oh you Pharisees!
Although you cleanse the outside of the cup and the dish,
inside you are filled with plunder and evil.
You fools!
Did not the maker of the outside also make the inside?
But as to what is within, give alms,
and behold, everything will be clean for you.”

Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, create in me a clean heart, and renew a right spirit within me.
Thank You for all Your blessings. For each of mine. For True Image Landscaping. Oh that You would continue to bless us and protect us from evil and from causing pain.
Walk with us. Speak what is true.
Jesus, Mary, I love You, save souls.

Reading 2 Philippians 4:12-14, 19-20

Brothers and sisters:
I know how to live in humble circumstances;
I know also how to live with abundance.
In every circumstance and in all things
I have learned the secret of being well fed and of going hungry,

I can do all things in him who strengthens me.
Still, it was kind of you to share in my distress.
My God will fully supply whatever you need,

Gospel Matthew 22:1-14

Jesus again in reply spoke to the chief priests and elders of the people
in parables, saying,
"The kingdom of heaven may be likened to a king
who gave a wedding feast for his son.
He dispatched his servants
to summon the invited guests to the feast,
but they refused to come.
A second time he sent other servants, saying,
‘Tell those invited: “Behold, I have prepared my banquet,
my calves and fattened cattle are killed,
and everything is ready; come to the feast.”’
Some ignored the invitation and went away,
one to his farm, another to his business.
The rest laid hold of his servants,
mistreated them, and killed them.
The king was enraged and sent his troops,
destroyed those murderers, and burned their city.
Then he said to his servants, ‘The feast is ready,
but those who were invited were not worthy to come.
Go out, therefore, into the main roads
and invite to the feast whomever you find.’
The servants went out into the streets
and gathered all they found, bad and good alike,
and the hall was filled with guests.
But when the king came in to meet the guests,
he saw a man there not dressed in a wedding garment.
The king said to him, ‘My friend, how is it that you came in here without a wedding garment?’
But he was reduced to silence.
Then the king said to his attendants, ‘Bind his hands and feet,
and cast him into the darkness outside,
where there will be wailing and grinding of teeth.’

For through Your overwhelming grace and mercy I find what I need to walk with Your grace and mercy. Loving all those You put in my life, without exception. Thank You!
Hear my prayers for each of them still alive or those passed on to Your judgement. Be merciful Lord God, forgive me for not being there for them before their passing on from this life under the sun.
