My prayer…
Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, Holy Spirit within me. Give me a wise and discerning heart, likened to Yours, with eyes of faith. Faithful obedience!
Lord of perfect charity, You desire to speak to me and reveal Yourself to me in many ways. I pray that I will always perceive You with my eyes and ears, and use all of my five senses for Your glory. Please free me from every inordinate and unhealthy attachment so that I am free to completely attach myself to You. Jesus, I trust in You.
Oh Lord God, hear my prayers!
As I pray for each of mine, I ask that You continue to bless and protect each one, and teach each of them in Your ways and truths. Filling them with Your peace and confidence in Your promise by letting them feel Your presence. Give them an ear for Your voice and insight into the wisdom of Your Words through faithful obedience. Opening their hearts and minds to seek Your truths. Bringing us closer as a family as we grow closer to You. Reveal Your plans for us, as our desire to live near each other grows.
I pray for those who are ill and or facing health issues; physical, mental or spiritual. I pray for their healing, recovery, wellness and awakening. Give them the strength they need to make the necessary changes needed for a healthy lifestyle anchored in You.
I pray for the persecuted and homeless. For they face challenges beyond their control or ability to change. So help them Lord.
I remember and pray for all of mine that have passed on to You. Mom and Dub, Dad, Abuelita and Abuelito, Titi Evelyn and Fernando, Nana and Coco, Titi Lisa and Manuel, Louie, Uncle Mike and Carmen, Rosa, Titi Mary and Harold, Titi Gladys, Titi Nelly, Abuelo Angel, Abuela, Bryce, Robert, Matthew, David and Dave, Peggy, Terri, Puchi and Celida all those not listed but often remembered. I ask that You bless and heal those still grieving from their loss.
Lord, I am also praying for a true awakening and revival. One that unites us in the name of Jesus. And stops the tribalism that divides us, followers, believers, nones and non-believes. Only You can bring this into being. So I pray to You. Help us to always be ready for Your return.
I also lift up in prayer our leaders, at Church, in government and civic positions. Awaken their souls to follow Your truths and the righteousness of service. And the evil of corruption, power and greed.
Jesus, Mary, I love You, save souls.
I lift up in prayer and ask for Your protection and healing of those veterans who serve and have served. For they show what faithful obedience can look like. Guide their hearts Lord.
Not my will, but Yours Lord God.
