My Daily Prayers and Readings for 11/27/2013

“Who am I, Lord God, and what is my family, that you have brought me this far?

< >< My Prayer >< >

Lord God who am I and what is my family that You have blessed us so much. My heart is filled with gratitude and my soul only desires to serve You in a way that makes Your presence within me visible to all. This is why I start each day with You. First I seek that You will create a pure heart within me, and renew a steadfast spirit for my one walk with You. As a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Next I Word to stay strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Then I focus on praying without ceasing through the Spirit on all occasions for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will, and for those You place in my path. Asking that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel – one walk. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

My Daily Prayers and Readings for 11/20/2013

But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,

Abba Father through the Holy Spirit within me and in the name of Jesus Christ, I come to You so that You will create a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. So that You will help me prepare for my one walk in and with You today. As a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness, understanding and love. With eyes of faith. Staying strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying through the Spirit and in the name of Jesus on all occasions for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will. Being alert to always pray for those You place in my path. Asking that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel – one walk. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

My Daily Prayers and Readings for 11/14/2013

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

< >< My Prayer >< >

Lord Jesus I open my heart to You, asking You to fulfill Your purpose in me and mine, that we might have life through You and have it to the fullest through the Holy Spirit within us. Here each morning in this time with You I can feel Your words as they draw me closer and closer to You. The closer I get the more I feel You creating a pure heart within me, and I don’t want to leave until my heart is likened to Yours. Here You renew a steadfast spirit within me for my one walk in and with You today. As a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l) Knowing that if I get nothing else done this day, I need to spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. I must stay in prayer without ceasing for me and mine, and for those You place in my path. This requires consciousness in the now of the moment through the Holy Spirit. So that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel – one walk. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

Lord Jesus in coming to You each morning I seek to get to the foot of the Cross. For it is here that I feel connected to You my source of source. Here that I receive Your wisdom and power to be imitated You in my one walk. Here You create a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Here You free me of judgement and fill me with forgiveness and love. Here I am reminded that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Here I pray one thing for me and mine, to fulfillment of Your will. Here I pray for those You place in my path. Here I ask that whenever I speak, You give me the words, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel – one walk. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life [position] for his friends.

And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. Otherwise, the wine will burst the skins, and both the wine and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins.

Looking to Your Word for peace, strength and wisdom for my one walk with You. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. As a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Staying strong in You and Your almighty power, covered in Your armor. (r or l) Knowing that if I get nothing else done this day, I must spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying through the Spirit in each moment for me and mine to fulfill Your will. My Daily Prayers and Readings for 09/11/2013

For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: Love your neighbor as yourself. But if instead of showing love among yourselves you are always biting and devouring one another, watch out! Beware of destroying one another.

Lord Jesus, You tell and teach us to love one another as we love ourselves, but do we practice Your teaching. I only know it starts with practicing Your presence. Always asking that You create a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within us. For me its about one walk in and with You. Remembering that if I get nothing else done each day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Being as a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people through presence in the now of the moment. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Strong in You and Your almighty power, putting on Your full armor. (r or l) Praying through the Spirit for me and mine to fulfill Your will. Staying alert to always praying for those You place in my path. Asking that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel – one walk. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.
