By calling twelve apostles, Jesus is reconstituting the kingdom of God around himself. Through this, the Church is apostolic and can trace its roots to the apostles and Christ himself.

My prayer…
Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, Holy Spirit within me.
My universal King, You came to establish Your Kingdom in the lives of all people. You call all Your creatures to faith in You. Help me and mine to be among the first who turn to You with our whole heart. Please also use us to become instruments of Your saving grace to those whom You’ve put into our life. My life is Yours, dear Lord. Hear my prayer that each of mine will follow. Use me as You will. Jesus, I trust in You.
Oh Lord God, Hear my prayers!
As I pray for each of mine, I ask that You continue to bless and protect them, and teach them in Your ways and truths. Fill them with Your peace and confidence in Your promise by letting them feel Your presence. Give them insight into the wisdom of Your Word. Opening their hearts and minds to seek Your truths. Give them what they need.
I pray for those who are ill and or facing health issues; physical, mental or spiritual. I pray for their healing, recovery, wellness and awakening. Give them the strength they need to make the necessary changes needed for a healthy lifestyle anchored in You.
I pray for the persecuted and homeless. For they face challenges beyond their control or ability to change. So help them Lord.
I remember and pray for all of mine that have passed on to You. Mom and Dub, Dad, Abuelita and Abuelito, Titi Evelyn and Fernando, Nana and Coco, Titi Lisa and Manuel, Louie, Uncle Mike and Carmen, Rosa, Titi Mary and Harold, Titi Gladys, Titi Nelly, Abuelo Angel, Abuela, Bryce, Robert, Matthew, David and Dave, Peggy, and Terri, all those not listed but often remembered. I ask that You bless and heal those still grieving from their loss.
Lord, I am also praying for a true awakening and revival. One that unites us in the name of Jesus. And stops the tribalism that divides us, believers and nones. Only You can bring this into being. So I pray to You. Help us to always be ready for Your return.
I also lift up in prayer our leaders, at Church, in government and civic positions. Awaken their souls to follow Your truths and the righteousness of service. And the evil of corruption, power and greed.
Jesus, Mary, I love You, save souls.
Not my will, but Yours Lord God.
In Jesus name I pray.

Apostles (Nicene) Creed
I believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible.
I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, born of the Father before all ages. God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father; through him all things were made. For us men and for our salvation he came down from heaven,
