My Daily Prayers and Readings for 04/11/2013

“He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.”

Abba Father through the Holy Spirit within me and in the name of Jesus Christ, I come to You so that You will create a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. For my one walk in and with You today, as a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Staying strong in You and Your almighty power.(r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying in through the Spirit and in the name of Jesus on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will. Being alert and always praying for those You place in our path. Asking that whenever we speak, words may be given to us, so that we will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

My Daily Prayers and Readings for 4/10/2013

You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Abba Father at the foot of the cross I start and finish each day. Asking through the Holy Spirit within me and in the name of Jesus Christ, that You will create a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Abba Father through the Holy Spirit within me and in the name of Jesus Christ, I come to You so that You will create a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. From where I feel closest to You through Jesus in the Spirit ready for my one walk in and with You today. Before I step out and begin to fight off the corruption under the sun. Help me to be a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Staying strong in You and Your almighty power.(r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying in through the Spirit and in the name of Jesus on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will. For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.

I open my mind and heart to You; guide me towards Your will, mold in Your likeness. For my one walk in and with You today is all I seek. To be a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Staying strong in You and Your almighty power.(r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me.
