The Words of Jesus of Nazareth by Lee Cantelon
A Place for You
I go to prepare a place for you.
Know this: if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and take you to be there with me; so that where I am, there you may be also. Let not your heart be troubled: you believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I must go away, but I will come again to you. If you truly loved me you would rejoice, because I return to the Father.
Do not marvel when I say: for little while, you will not see me; but not long after that, you will see me again. You will weep and be sad, but the world will rejoice. You will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned to joy.
A woman, when she is in childbirth, knows pain and agony; but as soon as the child is delivered she forgets her suffering, rejoicing that her child is born into the world. For a moment you may experience sorrow; but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will be able to take your joy from you.

Lord God, Abba Father, humbly I give thanks and yet wonder what lies in the moment and what is it You are trying to teach and or show me besides that which I think I know. How much longer will Your fires burn to purify me? Will Your hand take to mold me? I stand with my heart open at the narrow gate knowing the fruit of the Spirit does not flow as it should from me, so I willing accept Your timing, and look for Your will, rather than mine. For my hope and my prayer are not for me, but for those that see me, and those like me that think they cannot wait not knowing that the closer week get the greater we are tempted to quit. We must have faith always looking to the heavens and believing. For like gravity the ways under the sun pull us down the higher we go, so the pull seems greater the closer we get, until the moments of freedom come together and we break free and find heaven on earth or arrive at Your door as we pass on. Either way I ask pray for all the souls tempted, weak, tired, regretful and lonely; that You would find a way to touch them today, and that in some small way You use me. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

When you love unseemly conversation, you prepare a feast for demons and sell you soul for their fodder.

10 For God is not so unjust as to overlook your work and the love which you showed for his sake in serving the saints, as you still do. 11 And we desire each one of you to show the same earnestness in realizing the full assurance of hope until the end, 12 so that you may not be sluggish, but imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises. 13 For when God made a promise to Abraham, since he had no one greater by whom to swear, he swore by himself, 14 saying, "Surely I will bless you and multiply you." 15 And thus Abraham, having patiently endured, obtained the promise.
16 Men indeed swear by a greater than themselves, and in all their disputes an oath is final for confirmation. 17 So when God desired to show more convincingly to the heirs of the promise the unchangeable character of his purpose, he interposed with an oath, 18 so that through two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible that God should prove false, we who have fled for refuge might have strong encouragement to seize the hope set before us. 19 We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul, a hope that enters into the inner shrine behind the curtain, 20 where Jesus has gone as a forerunner on our behalf, having become a high priest for ever after the order of Melchiz’edek.
Psalm 111:1-2, 4-5, 9-10
10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all those who practice it. His praise endures forever!
Mark 2:23-28
23 One sabbath he was going through the grainfields; and as they made their way his disciples began to pluck heads of grain. 24 And the Pharisees said to him, "Look, why are they doing what is not lawful on the sabbath?" 25 And he said to them, "Have you never read what David did, when he was in need and was hungry, he and those who were with him: 26 how he entered the house of God, when Abi’athar was high priest, and ate the bread of the Presence, which it is not lawful for any but the priests to eat, and also gave it to those who were with him?" 27 And he said to them, "The sabbath was made for man, not man for the sabbath; 28 so the Son of man is lord even of the sabbath."

Audio books I am listening to and other books or readings I am reading:
When Heaven Invades Earth Unabridged By Bill Johnson Narrated by Tim Lundeen – When Heaven Invades Earth is a powerful statement and testimony on the Kingdom of God. Theologically sound, well supported, and extremely well argued, this message provides a carefully constructed biblical foundation for the average Christian to live and walk in the miraculous power of God. Not only is the supernatural possible, it is our commission. The Great Commission that Christ gave the Church challenges us and makes us responsible to rise up to this supreme supernatural calling. Johnson explains how we are called to dominion in the earth through the divine rule of God.
