Today’s verse…

“Ask and it will be given to you;

seek and you will find;

knock and the door will be opened to you.

For everyone who asks, receives;
and the one who seeks, finds;

and to the one who knocks,
the door will be opened.

Reading I Esther C:12, 14-16, 23-25

Queen Esther, seized with mortal anguish,
had recourse to the LORD.
She lay prostrate upon the ground, together with her handmaids,
from morning until evening, and said:
“God of Abraham, God of Isaac, and God of Jacob, blessed are you.
Help me, who am alone and have no help but you,
for I am taking my life in my hand.
As a child I used to hear from the books of my forefathers
that you, O LORD, always free those who are pleasing to you.
Now help me, who am alone and have no one but you,
O LORD, my God.

“And now, come to help me, an orphan.
Put in my mouth persuasive words in the presence of the lion
and turn his heart to hatred for our enemy,
so that he and those who are in league with him may perish.
Save us from the hand of our enemies;
turn our mourning into gladness
and our sorrows into wholeness.”

Responsorial Psalm
138:1-2ab, 2cde-3, 7c-8

R. (3a) Lord, on the day I called for help, you answered me.

I will give thanks to you, O LORD, with all my heart,
 for you have heard the words of my mouth;
 in the presence of the angels I will sing your praise;
I will worship at your holy temple
 and give thanks to your name.
R. Lord, on the day I called for help, you answered me.

Because of your kindness and your truth;
 for you have made great above all things
 your name and your promise.
When I called, you answered me;
 you built up strength within me.
R. Lord, on the day I called for help, you answered me.

Your right hand saves me.
The LORD will complete what he has done for me;
 your kindness, O LORD, endures forever;
 forsake not the work of your hands.
R. Lord, on the day I called for help, you answered me.

Gospel Matthew 7:7-12

Jesus said to his disciples:
“Ask and it will be given to you;
seek and you will find;
knock and the door will be opened to you.
For everyone who asks, receives; and the one who seeks, finds;
and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.
Which one of you would hand his son a stone
when he asked for a loaf of bread,
or a snake when he asked for a fish?
If you then, who are wicked,
know how to give good gifts to your children,
how much more will your heavenly Father give good things
to those who ask him.

“Do to others whatever you would have them do to you.
This is the law and the prophets.”

Formed: He Knows, He Loves

Prayer is about calling out to the Lord from our hearts. It is about entering into a relationship of intimate, personal love with the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. In other words, prayer is not the invocation of a distant deity. It is a life-giving dialogue that is buoyed by hope and trust.

Today’s Action Item: Recognize that you aren’t praying to a power but to a Divine Person who loves you.

My prayer…

Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, Holy Spirit within me.
Lord as I look back at the 68 years of my life and think about my One Walk with Jesus most, and I realize it is about praying without ceasing, surrounding myself with Him. Striving in each moment to feel His presence, reflecting that presence in what I’m thinking, saying and doing. His will, not mine.
So I seek, I knock, I cry out… stay with me Lord God. In my consciousness, in my heart.
Thank You for walking with me, and mine and theirs. You bless us beyond measure, and protect us from evil. I see this and give thanks. Continue to teach us in Your ways O Lord.
Not our will, but Yours Lord God.
Jesus, Mary, I love You, save souls.
In Jesus name I pray.
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost; as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Apostles (Nicene) Creed

I believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible.
I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, born of the Father before all ages. God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father; through him all things were made. For us men and for our salvation he came down from heaven,
and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate, he suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead and his kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets.
I believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church. I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come.
Amen.

Lords Prayer

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary

Hail Mary full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed are thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.
Holy Mary Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory be to the Father

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning is now, and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.

O my Jesus

O my Jesus, have mercy on us. Forgive us our sins. Save us from the fires of hell. Take all souls into heaven, especially, those most in need of thy mercy.
Amen.

Salve Regina (Hail Holy Queen)

Hail, holy Queen, Mother of mercy, hail, our life, our sweetness and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve: to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this vale of tears. Turn then, most gracious Advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us, and after this our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus, O merciful, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary!
Amen.

Anima Christi

Soul of Christ, make me holy. Body of Christ, save me. Blood of Christ, fill me with love. Water from Christ’s side, wash me. Passion of Christ, strengthen me. Good Jesus, hear me. Within your wounds, hide me. Never let me be parted from you. From the evil enemy, protect me. At the hour of my death, call me. And tell me to come to you. That with your saints I may praise you. Through all eternity.
Amen.

Angelus

V. The Angel of the Lord declared unto Mary.
R. And she conceived of the Holy Spirit.
Hail Mary, full of grace,
The Lord is with Thee;
Blessed art thou among women,
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners,
Now and at the hour of our death. Amen
V. Behold the handmaid of the Lord.
R. Be it done unto me according to thy word.
Hail Mary,…
V. And the Word was made Flesh.
R. And dwelt among us.
Hail Mary,…
V. Pray for us, O holy Mother of God.
R. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
LET US PRAY
Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts, that we to whom the Incarnation of Christ Thy Son was made known by the message of an angel, may by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of His Resurrection. Through the same Christ Our Lord.
Amen.

Reading I Jonah 3:1-10

The word of the LORD came to Jonah a second time:
“Set out for the great city of Nineveh,
and announce to it the message that I will tell you.”
So Jonah made ready and went to Nineveh,
according to the LORD’s bidding.
Now Nineveh was an enormously large city;
it took three days to go through it.
Jonah began his journey through the city,
and had gone but a single day’s walk announcing,
“Forty days more and Nineveh shall be destroyed,”
when the people of Nineveh believed God;
they proclaimed a fast
and all of them, great and small, put on sackcloth.

When the news reached the king of Nineveh,
he rose from his throne, laid aside his robe,
covered himself with sackcloth, and sat in the ashes.
Then he had this proclaimed throughout Nineveh,
by decree of the king and his nobles:
“Neither man nor beast, neither cattle nor sheep,
shall taste anything;
they shall not eat, nor shall they drink water.
Man and beast shall be covered with sackcloth and call loudly to God;
every man shall turn from his evil way
and from the violence he has in hand.
Who knows, God may relent and forgive, and withhold his blazing wrath,
so that we shall not perish.”
When God saw by their actions how they turned from their evil way,
he repented of the evil that he had threatened to do to them;
he did not carry it out.

Responsorial Psalm
51:3-4, 12-13, 18-19

R. (19b) A heart contrite and humbled, O God, you will not spurn.

Have mercy on me, O God, in your goodness;
 in the greatness of your compassion wipe out my offense.
Thoroughly wash me from my guilt
 and of my sin cleanse me.

R. A heart contrite and humbled, O God, you will not spurn.

A clean heart create for me, O God,
 and a steadfast spirit renew within me.
Cast me not out from your presence,
 and your Holy Spirit take not from me.
R. A heart contrite and humbled, O God, you will not spurn.

For you are not pleased with sacrifices;
 should I offer a burnt offering, you would not accept it.
My sacrifice, O God, is a contrite spirit;
 a heart contrite and humbled, O God, you will not spurn.

R. A heart contrite and humbled, O God, you will not spurn.

Gospel Luke 11:29-32

While still more people gathered in the crowd, Jesus said to them,
“This generation is an evil generation;
it seeks a sign, but no sign will be given it,
except the sign of Jonah.
Just as Jonah became a sign to the Ninevites,
so will the Son of Man be to this generation.
At the judgment
the queen of the south will rise with the men of this generation
and she will condemn them,
because she came from the ends of the earth
to hear the wisdom of Solomon,
and there is something greater than Solomon here.
At the judgment the men of Nineveh will arise with this generation
and condemn it,
because at the preaching of Jonah they repented,
and there is something greater than Jonah here.”

Formed: His Drama

Today, Dr. Gray reminds us that repentance involves turning our wills toward the will of God. It is about prioritizing the "theo-drama" over the "ego-drama." Moreover, repentance means lamenting our sins and asking for divine mercy. With these explanations in mind, let us heed the call to repent!

Perceving God is never a matter of merely reason or affect, it is always a matter of using our whole selves to discern God’s Word.

My prayer…

Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, Holy Spirit within me.
Powerful readings today about Jonah and Jesus. Followed by an Insightful Formed reflection today, repentance, is a process by which regret and sorrow lead to action. The action starts by shifting our thoughts off ourselves and back onto where they belong. On God and others. This process can become a habit, a lifestyle, a way of walking with Jesus if we surrender and follow Him and let Him lead us. Help me complete my process this Lent, Lord God. Keep me focused and others first, in the moment with You. Listen to my cries and prayers. And the prayers of mine and theirs.
Thank You for walking with us. Continuing to bless and protect us. Leading us in Your ways.
Not our will, but Yours Lord God.
Jesus, Mary, I love You, save souls.
In Jesus name I pray.
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost; as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Reading I Isaiah 55:10-11

Thus says the LORD:
Just as from the heaven
 the rain and snow come down
And do not return there
 till they have watered the earth,
 making it fertile and fruitful,
Giving seed to the one who sows
 and bread to the one who eats,
So shall my word be
 that goes forth from my mouth;
It shall not return to me void,
 but shall do my will,
 achieving the end for which I sent it.

Gospel Matthew 6:7-15

Jesus said to his disciples:
“In praying, do not babble like the pagans,
who think that they will be heard because of their many words.
Do not be like them.
Your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

“This is how you are to pray:

 Our Father who art in heaven,
 hallowed be thy name,
 thy Kingdom come,
 thy will be done,
 on earth as it is in heaven.
 Give us this day our daily bread;
 and forgive us our trespasses,
 as we forgive those who trespass against us;
 and lead us not into temptation,
 but deliver us from evil.

“If you forgive men their transgressions,
your heavenly Father will forgive you.
But if you do not forgive men,
neither will your Father forgive your transgressions.”

Gospel Matthew 25:31-46

Jesus said to his disciples:
“When the Son of Man comes in his glory,
and all the angels with him,
he will sit upon his glorious throne,
and all the nations will be assembled before him.
And he will separate them one from another,
as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
He will place the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.
Then the king will say to those on his right,
‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father.
Inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
For I was hungry and you gave me food,
I was thirsty and you gave me drink,
a stranger and you welcomed me,
naked and you clothed me,
ill and you cared for me,
in prison and you visited me.’
Then the righteous will answer him and say,
‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you,
or thirsty and give you drink?
When did we see you a stranger and welcome you,
or naked and clothe you?
When did we see you ill or in prison, and visit you?’
And the king will say to them in reply,
‘Amen, I say to you, whatever you did
for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.’
Then he will say to those on his left,
‘Depart from me, you accursed,
into the eternal fire prepared for the Devil and his angels.
For I was hungry and you gave me no food,
I was thirsty and you gave me no drink,
a stranger and you gave me no welcome,
naked and you gave me no clothing,
ill and in prison, and you did not care for me.’
Then they will answer and say,
‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty
or a stranger or naked or ill or in prison,
and not minister to your needs?’
He will answer them, ‘Amen, I say to you,
what you did not do for one of these least ones,
you did not do for me.’
And these will go off to eternal punishment,
but the righteous to eternal life.”

Formed: Inheriting the Kingdom

The readings today are all about going back to the basics. In particular, we are reminded that a follower of God should not only be motivated by justice. Rather, as Jesus emphasizes, the believer should be motivated by love. As the Gospel teaches us, living in God’s love allows us to become heirs to the Kingdom of Heaven!

Today’s Action Item: Understand God’s law and the calling for a great love.

My prayer…

Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, Holy Spirit within me.
Lord You use powerful readings and reflections to get out attention and teach us in Your ways, especially the Gospel reading. Lord help me see with Your eyes and love with a heart likened to Yours. To see those in need and respond as if it were You.
Thank You for taking care of the needs of me, mine and theirs. For blessing and protecting us. Guiding and directing our walk.

Reading I Deuteronomy 26:4-10

Moses spoke to the people, saying:
“The priest shall receive the basket from you
and shall set it in front of the altar of the LORD, your God.
Then you shall declare before the Lord, your God,
‘My father was a wandering Aramean
who went down to Egypt with a small household
and lived there as an alien.
But there he became a nation
great, strong, and numerous.
When the Egyptians maltreated and oppressed us,
imposing hard labor upon us,
we cried to the LORD, the God of our fathers,
and he heard our cry
and saw our affliction, our toil, and our oppression.
He brought us out of Egypt
with his strong hand and outstretched arm,
with terrifying power, with signs and wonders;
and bringing us into this country,
he gave us this land flowing with milk and honey.
Therefore, I have now brought you the firstfruits
of the products of the soil
which you, O LORD, have given me.’
And having set them before the LORD, your God,
you shall bow down in his presence.”

Ps 91:1-2, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15.
Ps 91:1-2, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15.

R. (cf. 15b) Be with me, Lord, when I am in trouble.

You who dwell in the shelter of the Most High,
 who abide in the shadow of the Almighty,
say to the LORD, “My refuge and fortress,
 my God in whom I trust.”
R. Be with me, Lord, when I am in trouble.

No evil shall befall you,
 nor shall affliction come near your tent,
For to his angels he has given command about you,
 that they guard you in all your ways.
R. Be with me, Lord, when I am in trouble.

Upon their hands they shall bear you up,
 lest you dash your foot against a stone.
You shall tread upon the asp and the viper;
 you shall trample down the lion and the dragon.
R. Be with me, Lord, when I am in trouble.

Because he clings to me, I will deliver him;
 I will set him on high because he acknowledges my name.
He shall call upon me, and I will answer him;
 I will be with him in distress;
I will deliver him and glorify him.
R. Be with me, Lord, when I am in trouble.

Reading II Romans 10:8-13

Brothers and sisters:
What does Scripture say?
 The word is near you,
 in your mouth and in your heart
—that is, the word of faith that we preach—,
for, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord
and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead,
you will be saved.
For one believes with the heart and so is justified,
and one confesses with the mouth and so is saved.
For the Scripture says,
 No one who believes in him will be put to shame.
For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek;
the same Lord is Lord of all,
enriching all who call upon him.
For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Gospel Luke 4:1-13

Filled with the Holy Spirit, Jesus returned from the Jordan
and was led by the Spirit into the desert for forty days,
to be tempted by the devil.
He ate nothing during those days,
and when they were over he was hungry.
The devil said to him,
“If you are the Son of God,
command this stone to become bread.”
Jesus answered him,
“It is written, One does not live on bread alone.”
Then he took him up and showed him
all the kingdoms of the world in a single instant.
The devil said to him,
“I shall give to you all this power and glory;
for it has been handed over to me,
and I may give it to whomever I wish.
All this will be yours, if you worship me.”
Jesus said to him in reply,
“It is written
 You shall worship the Lord, your God,
 and him alone shall you serve.”
Then he led him to Jerusalem,
made him stand on the parapet of the temple, and said to him,
“If you are the Son of God,
throw yourself down from here, for it is written:
 He will command his angels concerning you, to guard you,
 and:
 With their hands they will support you,
 lest you dash your foot against a stone.”
Jesus said to him in reply,
“It also says,
 You shall not put the Lord, your God, to the test.”
When the devil had finished every temptation,
he departed from him for a time.

Formed: The Lord’s Generosity

Our Sabbath readings emphasize that we have nothing apart from the gifts of God. It is only because of the Lord’s generosity that we are capable of having abundant life. Moreover, the readings teach us to call upon the word of God often—in times of praise and in times of temptation!

Daily Catholic Wisdom…

We have come to the beginning of Lent, and I hope we will not allow ourselves to think of it as ‘just another Lent’. There is a very deep sense in which there is not another Lent and then another and another after that. This Lent is unlike any other. It is this acceptable time. We do not know if there will be another Lent for us…

Thank You for Your Words the nourish us. For Your love that convicts and forgives us. For all Your blessings. For protecting us.
Not our will, but Yours Lord God.
Jesus, Mary, I love You, save souls.

Reading I Isaiah
58:9b-14

Thus says the LORD:
If you remove from your midst oppression,
 false accusation and malicious speech;
If you bestow your bread on the hungry
 and satisfy the afflicted;
Then light shall rise for you in the darkness,
 and the gloom shall become for you like midday;
Then the LORD will guide you always
 and give you plenty even on the parched land.
He will renew your strength,
 and you shall be like a watered garden,
 like a spring whose water never fails.
The ancient ruins shall be rebuilt for your sake,
 and the foundations from ages past you shall raise up;
“Repairer of the breach,” they shall call you,
 “Restorer of ruined homesteads.”

If you hold back your foot on the sabbath
 from following your own pursuits on my holy day;
If you call the sabbath a delight,
 and the LORD’s holy day honorable;
If you honor it by not following your ways,
 seeking your own interests, or speaking with malice–
Then you shall delight in the LORD,
 and I will make you ride on the heights of the earth;
I will nourish you with the heritage of Jacob, your father,
 for the mouth of the LORD has spoken.

Responsorial Psalm
86:1-2, 3-4, 5-6

R. (11ab) Teach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth.

Incline your ear, O LORD; answer me,
 for I am afflicted and poor.
Keep my life, for I am devoted to you;
 save your servant who trusts in you.
 You are my God.
R. Teach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth.

Have mercy on me, O Lord,
 for to you I call all the day.
Gladden the soul of your servant,
 for to you, O Lord, I lift up my soul.
R. Teach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth.

For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving,
 abounding in kindness to all who call upon you.
Hearken, O LORD, to my prayer
 and attend to the sound of my pleading.
R. Teach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth.

Gospel Luke 5:27-32

Jesus saw a tax collector named Levi sitting at the customs post.
He said to him, “Follow me.”
And leaving everything behind, he got up and followed him.
Then Levi gave a great banquet for him in his house,
and a large crowd of tax collectors
and others were at table with them.
The Pharisees and their scribes complained to his disciples, saying,
“Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?”
Jesus said to them in reply,
“Those who are healthy do not need a physician, but the sick do.
I have not come to call the righteous to repentance but sinners.”

As we continue to hear from Isaiah 58, we are reminded that love of the Lord is at the heart of life itself. This means that our Lenten practices should not simply be external acts. They should be rooted in an effort to follow God’s will and become fully conformed to Christ Jesus.

St. Josemaría Escrivá,
The Way of the Cross

My prayer…

Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, Holy Spirit within me.
Oh yes Lord, continue to teach me, mine and theirs I. your ways, O Lord, that we may walk in your truth.
Loving and forgiving those that hate and try to hurt us.

Bringing Your light, into the darkness in this world.
Showing those You put in our path, Your presence in us.

Thank You for walking with us, blessing and protecting us.
Not our will, but Yours Lord God.

Amen.

Reading I Isaiah 58:1-9a

Thus says the Lord GOD:
Cry out full-throated and unsparingly,
 lift up your voice like a trumpet blast;
Tell my people their wickedness,
 and the house of Jacob their sins.
They seek me day after day,
 and desire to know my ways,
Like a nation that has done what is just
 and not abandoned the law of their God;
They ask me to declare what is due them,
 pleased to gain access to God.
“Why do we fast, and you do not see it?
 afflict ourselves, and you take no note of it?”

Lo, on your fast day you carry out your own pursuits,
 and drive all your laborers.
Yes, your fast ends in quarreling and fighting,
 striking with wicked claw.
Would that today you might fast
 so as to make your voice heard on high!
Is this the manner of fasting I wish,
 of keeping a day of penance:
That a man bow his head like a reed
 and lie in sackcloth and ashes?
Do you call this a fast,
 a day acceptable to the LORD?
This, rather, is the fasting that I wish:
 releasing those bound unjustly,
 untying the thongs of the yoke;
Setting free the oppressed
 breaking every yoke;
Sharing your bread with the hungry,
 sheltering the oppressed and the homeless;
Clothing the naked when you see them,
 and not turning your back on your own.
Then your light shall break forth like the dawn,
 and your wound shall quickly be healed;
Your vindication shall go before you,
 and the glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.
Then you shall call, and the LORD will answer,
 you shall cry for help, and he will say: Here I am!

Responsorial Psalm
51:3-4, 5-6ab, 18-19

R. (19b) A heart contrite and humbled, O God, you will not spurn.

Have mercy on me, O God, in your goodness;
 in the greatness of your compassion wipe out my offense.
Thoroughly wash me from my guilt
 and of my sin cleanse me.
R. A heart contrite and humbled, O God, you will not spurn.

For I acknowledge my offense,
 and my sin is before me always:
“Against you only have I sinned,
 and done what is evil in your sight.”
R. A heart contrite and humbled, O God, you will not spurn.

For you are not pleased with sacrifices;
 should I offer a burnt offering, you would not accept it.
My sacrifice, O God, is a contrite spirit;
 a heart contrite and humbled, O God, you will not spurn.
R. A heart contrite and humbled, O God, you will not spurn.

Gospel Matthew 9:14-15

The disciples of John approached Jesus and said,
“Why do we and the Pharisees fast much,
but your disciples do not fast?”
Jesus answered them, “Can the wedding guests mourn
as long as the bridegroom is with them?
The days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them,
and then they will fast.”

Formed: Offering Our Love

Today’s readings bring together almsgiving, prayer, and fasting. In Isaiah, the Israelites are reminded to give selflessly. Then, Psalm 51 presents us with a model of penitential prayer. Finally, in the Gospel, Christ reminds us of the deeper meaning of fasting. As we immerse ourselves into these practices, let us always remember that they are expressions of love!

Daily Catholic Wisdom…

Look at Jesus. Each laceration is a reproach; each lash of the whip, a reason for sorrow for your offences and mine.
St. Josemaría Escrivá,
The Way of the Cross

My prayer…

Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, Holy Spirit within me.
You know me, You hear my every thought. Why is it that I have always resisted so many things the Church says we should do. But instead seek the Words of Jesus. To surround myself with Him. To reflect His presence more than anything.
Do I let the hypocrites become my excuse and in turn make me the he hypocrite.
I know I have for to long treated You… as understanding and loving. Kind and slow to anger. Fearful of Your wrath, but at the same time feeling that isn’t what You want for us. Oh so much I don’t understand. So much I want to. But then in Your presence all these thoughts fade away into the moment with You and what You maybe revealing and teaching me. Help me see and understand. Let me know Your direction for me and mine. Give me the strength and courage to follow that direction.
Thank You for hearing me, my prayers, my cries. For blessing and protecting each of mine and theirs. Despite my sinful past, You have blessed me beyond measure. I know this and now seek to share this and spread the truth of Your Word. Starting with these daily post. Let them touch those in need. Like me.
Not my will, but Yours Lord God.
Jesus, Mary, I love You, save souls.
In Jesus name I pray.
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost; as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
