Authentic Relativism – Nothing Else Compares – The Joy of Repentance

November 5, 2026

Pursuing #onewalkwithJesus, by starting and ending each day in His Word. Renewing my soul, and putting on the #ArmorofGod to #staytemplestrong, for a well ordered mind and body.

Today’s action item…
Realize that everything is worthless compared to knowing Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Today’s verse…

Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened,
and I will give you rest,
says the Lord.
Matthew 11:28

Today’s prayer…

My forgiving Lord, I sin each day and wound Your Sacred Heart. Yet I know that Your mercy is greater than my weakness. Help me to recognize that the remedy for my sin is sincere repentance and ongoing conversion. Deepen my understanding of the joy that fills Your Heart when I return to You, so that I may never hesitate to repent. As You joyfully receive and forgive me, grant me the grace to extend that same mercy to others. Help me to seek out the lost with love and perseverance, just as You have sought me. Jesus, I trust in You.

My prayer…

My God and Abba Father, Jesus my Lord and Savior, Holy Spirit my counselor and advocate, hear my prayers. I thank You for this day and every blessing! Guide me, teach me, help me, to avoid the things You don’t want me to do, and to do things You want me to do.

Continue to bless each of mine, and protect them from evil, and causing any pain. Teaching them in Your ways and showing them Your truths. Help them to trust in Your promises, and let them feel Your presence.

I pray for all of mine that have passed on to be with You. Pour forth Your mercy upon them so that they may be counted among the saints in Heaven. Bless and heal those still grieving.

I pray for those who are ill and or facing health issues and addiction; physical, mental and spiritual. Give them the strength they need to take control of their health, and make the necessary changes needed for a healthy lifestyle anchored in You.

I pray for those facing trails, tribulations and change. Show them Your face so they may feel Your presence, and know the peace and hope that comes from walking with you.

I pray for the persecuted and homeless, and the children. They face challenges beyond their control or ability to change, many have been and are being abused, neglected and trafficked and lacking proper care and having special needs. Mother Mary pray for them, Lord Jesus rescue them.

I pray for a true awakening and revival. One that unites us, Church and Country in Your name and readies us for Your return. Always vigilant! Help us stop the tribalism and wokeness that divides us.

I pray for Your Church and it’s leaders – Pope Leo, President Trump, Bishops – Barron, Strickland, Viganò, Priests – Father Octavio, Father Mike, Monsignor McCormick, and all the Bishops, Priests, Deacons, Seminarians, Ministers and laity, Awaken their hearts and souls to follow Your truths and the righteousness of being a good Shepherd, the importance of good stewardship and service to others. Help them avoid the evil of corruption, power greed and lust, shielding them from temptation.

Not my will, but Yours Lord God.
