My Daily Prayers and Readings for 12/12/2013

Lord God, I confess that the hurly-burly pace of living often threatens to suffo- cate my relationships. Remind me to care for others first. Help me stay conscious in the moment to show my love You and others first, as You love me. 
Help me to encourage others who are struggling. Let my one walk be visible and an example of Your presence in me. Keep my heart pure, and my spirit steadfast. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Staying strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l) Praying in through the Spirit and in the name of Jesus on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will. Being alert to always pray for those You place in my path. Asking that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel – one walk. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.
