Formed: Replacing Selfishness
Sin can be subtle in its smallness. Take time to examine your heart and uproot the small sins to reorient yourself toward the Lord. Doing so removes the selfishness from your heart and replaces it with God’s love.

My prayer…
Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, Holy Spirit within me.
My dear Lord, I thank You for choosing to use me as Your instrument. I thank You that I may be sent by You to share Your love with the world. Give me the grace to conform myself more fully to You by mortifying my disordered appetites and desires so that You and You alone can take complete control of my life. May I be open to the gift of fasting and may this penitential act help to transform my life.
Lord lift up in prayer each of mine, prayer fervently for my baby boy. Lay Your calming hand upon Him. Show and teach him what You have shown me, about how we can only find what we seek in You. In You lay all the desires of our heart and answers to our questions. Free him from the chains my selfishness and disobedience may have put on him. Give him Your wisdom to see beyond his current trials and troubles, into the blessings You have given him. Help my boy Lord.
Thank You for walking with us. Continue to bless and protect us. Teach and guide us, especially through the tribulations of this world.

Praying for our new baby, mother, father and sisters. Bless this pregnancy with a healthy baby.
Praying for those who are ill and or facing health issues, physical and mental. Praying for their healing, recovery, wellness and awakening. Give them the strength they need to make the necessary changes needed for a healthy lifestyle anchored in You.
Praying for the persecuted and homeless. For they face challenges beyond their control or ability to address or change. So help them Lord.
Remembering all of mine that have passed on to You. Mom, Dub, Dad, Abuelita and Abuelito, Titi Evelyn and Fernando, Nana and Coco, Titi Lisa and Manuel, Louie, Rosa, Titi Mary, Harold, Titi Gladys, Titi Nelly, Abuelo Angel, Abuela, Bryce, Robert, Matthew, David and David, Peggy, and Terri, all those not listed but often remembered. Bless and heal those still grieving from their loss.
Lord, I am also praying for a true Gospel Rival. One that unites us in the name of Jesus. And stops the polarization and division of believers and nones. Only You can bring this into being. So I pray.
