Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, thank You for this day. Your blessings. Each of mine. For walking with us. For Your Words that guide, direct and nourish our walk with You. Oh that You would liken our hearts to Yours. That You would hear our prayers and show us Your will. The days get long and the walk is lonely. For some worse than others. Be with them most. Those who still don’t know You. Open their hearts. I pray for Your Church, America and the World. It’s leaders and it’s followers. Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, thank You for this new day and all it and this week offers us. Help us be ready and stay alert, by focusing on Jesus. Thank You for all Your blessings. For each of mine. For today’s reading, sermon and song. For reminding me the need to always be ready to say and defend what and why I believe Jesus is Your Son and my Lord and Savior. That He was born of the Virgin Mary, was crucified for my (our) sins and died on the cross, on the third day He rose from the dead, and then He ascended into Heaven where He is seated at Your right hand. Help us stand firm in our faith. Defend our faith. And the right of freedom to believe what one wants to believe. Respectful of all other beliefs, but confident in our belief to be the true truth. Always a walking example of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In Jesus name I pray. Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, thank You for today and all You have done for me and mine. For all the moments of blessing that fill all the yesterdays. For the faith, hope and love that through You will fill today and all the tomorrows. I pray for all those that do not have this faith and hope, and have not allowed themselves to feel Your love. Open their hearts let them see and hear Your Word. I continue to pray for Your Church, unite us in Christ and Christ alone. I pray for our Country. For the Church leaders and leaders of this Country. Some the most lost of all of us, because like the nine in today’s Gospel reading, they have taken all for granted. Humble them, teach them, save them for themselves, like You did for me. Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, thank You for this day and for all the yesterday’s that make today all the more wonderful and step by step strengthens my faith.
