Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, thank You for this day. For always walking with me. For all Your blessings. For each of mine. For the songs, devotions, verses and readings that feed my walk by keeping me focused on You. Aware of Your presence. Oh that You would continue to bless me and mine, keeping us from evil and causing any pain. Hear my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. A prayer…

Dear God, my Abba Father, Lord Jesus my Savior, thank You for today. For all Your blessings. For each of mine. For today’s readings, verses and devotion. I pray that someone would be moved closer in some way to You through this post.
Lord Jesus, thank you for the directness and incisiveness of your teaching. You are, indeed, one who teaches with authority.
Forgive me, Lord, when I marvel at your authority, yet fail to believe and obey. By your Spirit, help me to respond to your teaching by turning my whole life around and offering it to you. May I live under your righteous and gracious authority each and every moment of each and every day.

In Jesus name I pray. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost; as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
