A good woman is hard to find, and worth far more than diamonds.

Abba Father thank you for my Annie and for blessing our marriage for 29 years. Years that as I look back remind me of rings in a tree. Not all are perfect. Some have cracks and some surround knots full of regret. But because of You our love for what we are and have together has held us together. And like the rings in a tree, together we are better and stronger, able to twist and bend, without breaking. I believe You put us together, and our love for each other is much like our faith, often filled with doubt, but purified and strengthened by fire. I pray for Your continued blessing, and that together we will fulfill Your will. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

I now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up in my flesh what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ . . .

Lord Jesus I seek to be so closely identified with You and the reality of Your redemption that You can continually bring Your creating life through me. But I must make sure that I am living in such harmony with God that as I proclaim His truth He can create in others those things which He alone can do.1 This requires a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit which only You can create within me. My one walk in and with You today, must be free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l) As a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying through the Spirit for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will. Being alert and always praying for those You place in my path. Asking that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel – one walk. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

For He has satisfied the thirsty soul, And the hungry soul He has filled with what is good.

Lord God my source of source, through Jesus I am made whole.1 My a steadfast spirit is renewed and my heart is made pure, likened to His. I am made ready for my one walk in and with You today. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. A channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l) Knowing that if I get nothing else done this day, I must spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying through the Spirit on all occasions for me and mine to fulfill Your will. Being alert to always pray for those You place in my path. Asking that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel – one walk. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”

Jesus, You are the Lord of all life, and You saw all of life as an opportunity to serve others, meeting them at their point of need in order to restore them to relationship with the Father. Give me eyes to see the opportunities I have to serve others today, always keeping in mind God’s greater purpose in their lives.1 Liken my heart to Yours, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. For my one walk in and with You today, as a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Staying strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. “Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns.

Lord, as I step into what You have for me today, help me to live in light of Your call. I want to be a faithful and wise servant whose life reveals the transformation You are working in me as I look forward to Your return.1 Likened my heart to Jesus, and renew a steadfast spirit within me for my one walk in and with You today. As a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Staying strong in You and Your almighty power. Praise be to the LORD, the God of our ancestors, who has put it into the king’s heart to bring honor to the house of the LORD in Jerusalem in this way.

Lord God, thank You for placing a desire to honor You within my heart. Remind me to test my desires to make sure that fulfilling them will make You smile. I want to pursue God-honoring desires with all my heart, mind, soul, and strength.1 I come to You so that You will create a pure heart likened to Yours, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. For my one walk in and with You today. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Strong in You and Your almighty power. Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!
