OneWalk: Under the Sun, with the Son
Today’s Bible Verse, Reading, Devotion, Worship Song and Prayer

Today’s verse

Take control of what I say, O LORD, and guard my lips.
Psalm 141:3 NLT

Today’s reading
2 Corinthians 5

2 Corinthians 5:16-19 NLT
[16] So we have stopped evaluating others from a human point of view. At one time we thought of Christ merely from a human point of view. How differently we know him now! [17] This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! [18] And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him. [19] For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation.

Today’s devotion
Will I Bring Myself Up to This Level?

My Utmost for His Highest

…He brings you conviction of sin, do not “confer with flesh and blood,” but cleanse yourself from it at once (Galatians 1:16). Keep yourself cleansed in your daily walk.

I must cleanse myself from all filthiness in my flesh and my spirit until both are in harmony with the nature of God. Is the mind of my spirit in perfect agreement with the life of the Son of God in me, or am I mentally rebellious and defiant? Am I allowing the mind of Christ to be formed in me? (Philippians 2:5).

Today’s prayer
Dear Lord God, Abba Father, my source of source. Jesus, I love You, I am sorry, forgive me, thank You. Cleanse me, guide me, give me a discerning mind and a pure heart likened to Yours. For I believe it all starts with me in You. If I am to be an ambassador for You I must be an example first. My OneWalk must be kept clear and focused on You. Help me. Amen
