A Paradigm Shift – Christian Relativism – Chase What Last!

September 9, 2026

Pursuing #onewalkwithJesus, by starting and ending each day in His Word. To renew my soul, and put on the #ArmorofGod to #staytemplestrong, for a well ordered mind and body.

Today’s action item…
Realize that temporal goods are passing; pursue and put your heart into what lasts.

Today’s verse…

Rejoice and leap for joy!

Your reward will be great in heaven.
Luke 6:23ab

Today’s Prayer

Lord of perfect Wisdom, Your Word shatters the wisdom of the world and reveals the true path to happiness and holiness. Help me to hear Your voice, understand Your wisdom and act upon it, making Your Truth the foundation of my life. Reorient my whole life according to Your will, and work all things for good—even the trials I endure. Jesus, I trust in You!

My Prayer

My God and Abba Father, Jesus my Lord and Savior, Holy Spirit my counselor and advocate, hear my prayers. I thank You for this day and every blessing! Guide me, teach me, help me, to avoid the things You don’t want me to do, and to do things You want me to do. To forgive all, interact and react with gentle kindness and prayer, dying to myself for the other. Grant me wisdom and a discerning heart, likened to Yours.

Continue to bless each of mine, and protect them from evil, and causing any pain. Teaching them in Your ways and showing them Your truths. Help them to trust in Your promises, and let them feel Your presence.

I pray for all of mine that have passed on to be with You. Pour forth Your mercy upon them so that they may be counted among the saints in Heaven. Mom, Dub, Dad, Abuelita and Abuelito, Titi Evelyn and Fernando, Nana and Coco, Titi Lisa and Manuel, Louie, Uncle Mike and Carmen, Luis, Rosa, Titi Mary and Harold, Titi Gladys, Titi Nellie, Abuelo Angel, Abuela, Puchi, Celida, Pettie, Diana, Chique, Terri, Bryce, Robert, Mark, Matthew, David, Dave, Rick and Phil, Peggy, Joe, Mike, Jose and Rocky as well as all those not listed but remembered. Bless and heal those still grieving.

I pray for those who are ill and or facing health issues and addiction; physical, mental and spiritual. I pray for their healing, recovery, wellness and awakening. Give them the strength they need to take control of their health, and make the necessary changes needed for a healthy lifestyle anchored in You. I pray for those facing trails, tribulations and change. Show them Your face so they may feel Your presence, and know the peace and hope that comes from walking with you.

I pray for the persecuted and homeless, and the children. They face challenges beyond their control or ability to change, many have been and are being abused, neglected and trafficked and lacking proper care and having special needs. Mother Mary pray for them, Lord Jesus rescue them.

I pray for a true awakening and revival. One that unites us, Church and Country in Your name and readies us for Your return. Always vigilant! Help us stop the tribalism and wokeness that divides us.

I pray for Your Church and it’s leaders – Pope Leo, President Trump, Bishops – Barron, Strickland, Viganò, Priests – Father Octavio, Father Mike, Monsignor McCormick, and all the Bishops, Priests, Deacons, Seminarians, Ministers and laity, Awaken their hearts and souls to follow Your truths and the righteousness of being a good Shepherd, the importance of good stewardship and service to others. Help them avoid the evil of corruption, power greed and lust, shielding them from temptation.

Not my will, but Yours Lord God.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan, and all the evil spirits, who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.

In the name of Jesus, I pray.
Amen.
