Abba Father, so tune my heart and will to Yours that all else fades. Draw me out of my comfort zone and into the places where You are at work to draw people to Yourself. Energize me through Your Spirit.1 Through the Holy Spirit within me keep my heart pure, and my spirit steadfast for my one walk in and with You today. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying without ceasing for those You place in my path. Asking that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel – one walk. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Lord Jesus through the Holy Spirit within me I seek to united with the Father, as You were. So I come to You so that You will create a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. For my one walk in and with You today. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying without ceasing for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will and for those You place in my path.
