My Daily Prayers and Readings for 09/07/2013

we do not cease praying for you and asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding

Abba Father through the Holy Spirit within me and in the name of Jesus Christ, I come to You so that You will create a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. For my one walk in and with You today, as a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Staying strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying through the Spirit and in the name of Jesus on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will. Being alert to always praying for those You place in my path. Asking that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel – one walk. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

My Daily Prayers and Readings for 09/06/2013

You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins. He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross.

Jesus, I come to Your cross each morning, and lay my life down. I look up, and realize that from Your love flows forgiveness, life, renewed hope, and energy. Humbled by God’s mercy and grace, I rise to serve in Your name. 1 Seeking a pure heart, and to renew a steadfast spirit within me for my one walk in and with You. As a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Staying strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying on all occasions for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will. Alert to always pray for those You place in my path. Asking that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel – one walk. My Daily Prayers and Readings for 09/05/2013

A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, “Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.” Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. “I am willing,” he said. “Be clean!” Immediately he was cleansed of his leprosy.

Jesus, thank You for reaching out to touch people, for getting Your hands dirty living in the real world and reshaping it according to the Father’s desire. Use my hands to do the same. 1 Create a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. For my one walk in and with You today. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Staying strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l) A channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

To dwell on Your truths and Your ways. 1 Preparing for my one walk in and with You today. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. As an example of Your presence and a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying on all occasions for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will. Being alert to always pray for those You place in my path. Preparing to practice Your presence for my one walk in and with You today. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Strong in You and Your almighty power. (r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. A channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Praying through the Spirit on all occasions for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will. Staying alert to always pray for those You place in my path. Asking that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel – one walk through practicing Your presence in the now of every moment. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.
