One Walk

My Daily Prayers and Readings for 09/02/2012

The earth is filled with your love, LORD; teach me your decrees.

Abba Father in the name of Christ Jesus who lives within me through the Holy Spirit I come to so that You would create in me a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me, for my one walk in and with Jesus. That You will show and teach me how to be a channel of Your peace and love in all situations will all people. That You will help me stand having girded my waist with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod my feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which I will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. Always asking that You continue to bless me and mine in fulfillment of Your will, and keep us from evil and pain; reminding us that if we get nothing else done this day, let us spend it loving You and others first, as You love us. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

My Daily Prayers and Readings for 09/01/2012

Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.

Abba Father for the generations still walking under the sun in this country (USA), it is impossible to relate to not being able to pray and express one’s belief openly. Well that is now just what this country faces because we have become a society more worried about what other people think, than what You do. Add to this that today’s Church’s and Believer’s have developed an image of judging, righteous, hypocrites. Only You, only through prayer can we turn around the direction we are headed. Everyone must turn to You in the name of Christ Jesus who lives within us through the Holy Spirit so that You would create a pure heart within them, and renew a steadfast spirit for one walk in and with Jesus. You must show and teach us how to be a channel of Your peace and love in all situations will all people, not judgmental hypocrites that say one thing and do another. We must stand having girded our waist with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod our feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which we will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. We must pray and ask that You continue to bless this country and our love ones in fulfillment of Your will. As ‘one nation under God,  indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Keeping us from evil and pain, and reminding us that if we get nothing else done this day, let us spend it loving You and others first, as You love us. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

The Lord said, “Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the Lord, for the Lord is about to pass by.”

Abba Father, ‘Lord God, Great “I AM,” You are my life-source, my source of source who restores me physically, emotionally and spiritually. Thank You for caring about my well-being. Remind me to come away with You to hear Your whisper and be replenished for servanthood. Remind me that You are still (and always) at work; remind me to listen for Your word, which is more than enough to lead me into the future.’ Create in me a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me, for my one walk in and with Jesus. Make me a channel of Your peace and love, standing having girded my waist with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod my feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which I will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. Always asking that You bless me and mine in fulfillment of Your will and keep us from evil and pain; reminding us that if we get nothing else done this day, let us spend it loving You and others first, as You love us. My Daily Prayers and Readings for 08/30/2012

Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household,

Abba Father in the name of Christ Jesus who lives within me through the Holy Spirit I pray that You create in me a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me, For I know no matter how I feel or what I am facing, this must be my starting point. If I am to balance the highs and the lows, I must start here. If I hope to be a channel of Your peace and love, I must remain and or be able to get back here in the now of every moment. My one walk in and with Jesus must be conscious and interactive. Standing having girded my waist with truth is the foundation, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness is preparation, and having shod my feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace is a constant reminder; but above all, I must take and use the shield of faith with which I will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one, who roams around me waiting to use whatever he can to create doubt or fear and disconnect me from You. Oh that You would continue to bless me and mine in fulfillment of Your will and keep us from evil and pain; and the doubt and fear of the world and ways under the sun.  Always reminding us that if we get nothing else done this day, let us spend it loving You and others first, as You love us. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Make me a channel of His peace and love. Teach me to think as one with Him. Help me to stand having girded my waist with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod my feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which I will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. Continue to bless me and mine in fulfillment of Your will and keep us from evil and pain; and remind us that if we get nothing else done this day, let us spend it loving You and others first, as You love us. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

My Daily Prayers and Readings for 08/28/2012

Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”

Abba Father what does it really mean to believe. Is it obedience. Does it mean to follow. I think of this often throughout the day as things unfold; looking back I know it is this and more. It is reflecting Your presence within me in all I do, say and think; and most importantly not giving up when I don’t.  For while I may die a thousand times each day, I must always rise with and in Jesus. Asking in His name through the Holy Spirit that You create in me a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Make me a channel of Your peace and love, standing having girded my waist with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod my feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which I will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. Asking that You bless me and mine in fulfillment of Your will and keep us from evil and pain; reminding us that if we get nothing else done this day, let us spend it loving You and others first, as You love us. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.

Abba Father doubt surrounds me. I know I believe, help my unbelief. In the name of Christ Jesus who lives within me through the Holy Spirit I pray that You create in me a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Help be build from there for my one walk in and with Jesus. Make me a channel of Your peace and love, overcoming myself in the moments that test my belief. Help me to stand having girded my waist with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod my feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which I will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. Bless me and mine in fulfillment of Your will and keep us from evil and pain. Help us to forgive and forget the moments of unbelief. Remind us that if we get nothing else done this day, let us spend it loving You and others first, as You love us. Help us to walk in love. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.
