My Daily Prayers and Readings for 07/26/2013

The tongue of the wise makes knowledge appealing, but the mouth of a fool belches out foolishness.

< >< My Prayer >< >

Lord God, my source of source, You are a master wordsmith, speaker, and teacher. I ask that You would anoint my words with Your Spirit. May my words be backed up by my life, so that they ring true and appeal to others. May they reveal wisdom, not foolishness. May they bring life and insight to others. 1 Keep my mind and heart pure in thought, and give me a steadfast spirit. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Strong in You and Your almighty power.(r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying in through the Spirit and in the name of Jesus on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will. Being alert and always praying for those You place in my path. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

My Daily Prayers and Readings for 07/25/2013

“Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap . . . yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds!”

< >< My Prayer >< >

Lord God, You are my source of source through which in the Holy Spirit I am able to come to You each day and get back to a pure heart, and in the process renew a steadfast spirit for my one walk in and with You. A walk free of fear, doubt, regret, judgement and full of forgiveness and love. With a strong connection to You and Your almighty power.(r or l) From where I can be a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Remembering that through and because of Jesus, I freely choose You, Your ways, Your path; the narrow path. In each moment I seek to practice Your presence. Remembering my choice, Your Son over the ways under the sun. So if I get nothing else done this day, let me be reminded and spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying in the Spirit and in the name of Jesus on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will. Being alert and always praying for those You place in my path. Asking that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Clear my vision, and refresh my perspective through Your Word and Your Spirit. I want to follow You and live and realize all that You have in mind. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.1

My Daily Prayers and Readings for 07/23/2013

The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the LORD holds them by the hand.

Lord God thank You for the confidence that comes from knowing You direct my steps. Help me when I doubt. Thank You for being present to steady me when I stumble and to strengthen me when the way is hard. Help me to practice Your presence. Where are we going today, Lord? Keep me in step with You 1 – One Walk. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Strong in You and Your almighty power.(r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying in and through the Spirit and in the name of Jesus on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will. Being alert and always praying for those You place in my path. Asking that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel. I humbly pray in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Staying strong in You and Your almighty power.(r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying in and through the Spirit and in the name of Jesus on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will. Being Christ like at all times, alert and always praying for those You place in my path. Asking that whenever I speak, words may be given to me, so that I will fearlessly make known the truth in the mystery of the gospel. One walk in and with You today, as a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”

Lord God through the Holy Spirit within me and in the name of Jesus Christ, I come to You so that in Your presence You will create a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. I begin by “bowing” my heart before the You and surrendering everything.1 For my one walk in and with You today, as a channel of Your peace and love in all situations with all people. Free of judgement and full of forgiveness and love. Staying strong in You and Your almighty power.(r or l) Remembering that if I get nothing else done this day, let me spend it loving You and others first, as You love me. Praying in and through the Spirit and in the name of Jesus on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests for me and mine in fulfillment of Your will. Timothy, guard what has been entrusted to your care. Turn away from godless chatter and the opposing ideas of what is falsely called knowledge, which some have professed and in so doing have departed from the faith.
